When you make a choice to believe in Jesus, don’t be double-minded—dragging back and forth. The Israelites ate the Passover in haste. They dressed like people about to travel. Make up your mind and move at once.
Some people say, “I want to give my life to Christ,” on Friday evening. On Sunday morning they say, “I don’t know if I’m coming to church.” What kind of behavior is that? I usually think it is demonic oppression. How can you make a commitment on Friday and be rethinking it on Saturday? How fake are you?
I got born again when I was ten years old, and I stayed born again. What is all this up and down? It is bad. It is very bad. People come out to give their lives to Christ, and afterward, they disappear. When I used to pray for people individually, they would say, “Now I’m ready.” After that, they don’t take a single call to be followed up on.
If you are guilty of playing with God, hear me. Be serious-minded. If you make a decision for Jesus, mean it. Don’t play with Him. He does not take it lightly when you call on His name as a joke or a prank.
