Jeremiah and Isaiah declare it: “The Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; it is He who will save us.” He is the judiciary, the legislature, and the executive all at once. He is your Savior, but He is also your Judge.
Many like to think of God only as the Judge of witches and Satan. But He is your Judge. He said, “Prepare to meet your God.” That meeting is in court. Remember Job? He spoke boldly, wishing he could present his case before God. Then one day God showed up and said, “Stand up and answer Me.” God has no problem with you meeting Him—He actually seeks it. But know that when you do, it will be in a courtroom.
So prepare properly. Do not wait until you die to find out that all along, the Judge was listening.
