One of the greatest hindrances in warfare is hidden, unconfessed sin. Many cry “blood of Jesus” and see no result. Why? Because Satan stands before God with exhibits. He presents hidden sins as evidence, and the case stands against you. That’s why James 5:16 says, “Confess your sins one to another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed.”
Many think that it is enough to confess privately in your room. But the Bible is clear: unconfessed sin keeps people bound. It is the reason people pray and fast endlessly without breakthrough. Some even visit multiple “men of God” over the same problem, but nothing changes. It is not that God has failed—it is that the truth has not been told.
God’s way has always been clear: from the garden with Adam to the New Testament, He calls His children to confess, to speak out, to tell the truth. That is how mercy comes. That is how yokes are broken. Don’t let unconfessed sin keep you under bondage.
