Too many believers want harvest without planting. They pray today and expect a full harvest tomorrow. But life works in phases, not all at once. God is not mocked; what you sow is what you reap. If you want a harvest, you must plant the seed—the Word of God—and water it with obedience.
Instead of crying about your anger, study it. Gather every scripture on anger, from Genesis to Revelation. It may take two months, but do it. Plant the Word in your life so that you can reap the fruit of self-control. Don’t expect a harvest of victory where you never sowed discipline. Stop feeling hopeless and angry about the absence of results; go and obey. Focus on planting, and in due season you will reap.
