What’s the value of joining God’s army before the crisis hits? Everything.
Those who submit to discipline and spiritual training during times of peace—when nothing seems urgent—gain an advantage no one can give them later.
When others were laughing, mocking your seriousness, saying things like, “Relax, Jesus already died for us all,” you were letting God put you through the fire of preparation.
You were learning to pray when no one made you.
You were enduring trials, sleeping in spiritual jungles, going without comfort—because God was training you.
Then war comes. Not just natural conflict, but the violent shaking at the end of the age—physical and spiritual storms crashing into the earth.
That’s when it becomes clear: who was wise, and who was foolish?
Some will suddenly try to join the battle, untrained, ill-equipped, and confused.
Their weapons feel foreign. They’ve never learned to wield truth, faith, or endurance.
They try one act of spiritual warfare and it knocks them out—like firing a gun and breaking your own shoulder because you never learned how to hold it.
God is calling soldiers now.
Those who train in peace will stand when war comes.
