These Are Peaceful Days

One day, we’ll look back and realize just how quiet these days were.
The storms hadn’t broken out yet. The systems of the world were still standing.
But when everything begins to shake—when chaos spreads and darkness takes the stage—
what will matter most won’t be wealth, reputation, or connection.
It will be your ability to hear the voice of your Commander.

If you’ve learned His voice in the calm—through His lieutenants, captains, colonels, and generals—
you’ll know how to follow when the noise of war drowns out everything else.
But if you’ve ignored His officers and rejected the structure He put in place,
how will you survive His command system?
No soldier begins by receiving personal orders from the General.
A private doesn’t walk into the war room demanding direction.

Authority flows through order.
The Lord Jesus is the Head—the Commander-in-Chief,
but He speaks through those He has appointed.
If you’ve never honored their voices,
why expect Him to bypass the ranks and speak to you directly?

This isn’t about hierarchy for control’s sake,
it’s about survival.
Those who obeyed in the quiet will know what to do when the war begins.
