The second battleground is the church. Many people assume that once they step into church, there will be no problems. That’s not true. Churches are prime targets of the devil, especially those that seek to please God sincerely and are not playing games.
The devil will try to corrupt the church. He will stir envy, gossip, bitterness, and division. He does this by using the wounds people carry in their souls. You may have grown up being overlooked, forgotten, or neglected. That wound becomes the perfect place for the devil to sit and whisper, “They don’t regard you here either.” And suddenly, a small oversight in church becomes a major wound, and a spirit of envy spreads through members.
This is how the devil destroys churches—through unhealed souls and people who refuse to forgive. If you were wounded in a church, forgive. Release it. If it is a place of constant grief, it’s okay to leave. But even in a good church, expect attacks. Stop looking for a perfect church—it doesn’t exist. The enemy fights everywhere God is glorified. Instead of being offended, join hands and push back against the devil’s schemes.
