Isaiah 49:24 tells us that hostages of mighty captors can be rescued. But the Bible also tells us that it takes a stronger man to spoil the goods of a strong man (Matthew 12:29).
Hostage rescue operations are special missions that involve delivering captives from the one who holds them in bondage. These kinds of operations can turn dangerous if not handled correctly. The captors may cause serious harm to, or kill the hostages. This is why the combat team deployed to carry out any hostage rescue operation must be an elite group equipped with the right tools, tactics and capabilities to pull it off. The skill and training of each member of the team will help to ensure that the operation is carried out speedily, with precision, and with the required force.
