When we sang “I belong to Jesus,” I saw a woman, who I had an impression was a representation of Babylon, leaving through the hall’s door.
She had a lot of lengthy chains coming out of different parts of her body. I saw that these chains were connected to different things on people’s bodies.
As she was leaving, if these people did not drop the things that the chains were connected to, she would leave and inevitably drag them along.
Just after I saw this, Pastor prayed for chains to be broken.
Then I heard:
“Drop the shiny things. If I am leaving, I am taking everything I gave them. Drop the shiny things.”
I saw someone with a gold shoe; this was what a chain from the woman (Babylon) was tied to in him.
He kept holding on to the shoe and was being dragged by it.
What he could not see was an angel standing and holding the same shape and size of shoe, but the one with the angel was white and very shiny.
Then I heard:
“Who told you that you will be naked? You do not trust Me.”
It was referring to those who refused to let go of what they received from Babylon.
Then I saw a man in front of the person who refused to let go of his gold shoe.
At this point, the person was thinking of letting go of the shoe.
However, this man showed up and began to wave and entice him with another shoe.
Though the same shape and size, this one was laced with diamond stones.
Then I heard:
“Merchants of Babylon.”
The man was a merchant of Babylon — one of those who encourage others to buy and keep things from Babylon, to keep them bound and owned by Babylon.
Then I heard the scripture, Romans 8:18:
“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.”
Whatever suffering we may go through because we deny ourselves and refuse the pleasures and beauty that Babylon offers
is not worth comparing to the glory God has planned for us.
So we ought to have peace and not sacrifice glory with Christ for the passing pleasures of sin.
