Code Name: The Wound of Hatred
Ground Category: Small Scale Combat Operation
Region: Ikot Ekpene Road, Uyo, Nigeria
Mission: Operation Hagiasmos
Date: 11 NOV 2023
Reported By: Agent I.F.E

After a pause, she admitted that she had a deep hatred for her former boss. Her story was long and painful, involving false accusations, curses, and even violence. For eight months, they had not communicated, and the boss had even blocked her number. To reach out…

Our conversation began with the meaning of her name, “Lady B.” She pointed us to where the Bible speaks of her name, and it was clear she had some knowledge of Scripture.

As we continued talking, we asked her what she believed God wanted us to do after we believed in Him. She responded correctly, saying that we are to abide by His commandments. When we asked her what those commandments were, she started listing the Ten Commandments. But when she said, “Thou shalt not kill…” I felt the Spirit nudge me to tell her, “Hatred is murder.”

I asked Lady B. if there was someone who had deeply hurt her—someone toward whom she had developed strong feelings of hatred. After a pause, she admitted that she had a deep hatred for her former boss. We gently encouraged her to share her story, and after some initial hesitation, she opened up.

Her story was long and painful, involving false accusations, curses, and even violence. We spent several hours listening to her, praying with her, and offering counsel. Throughout the conversation, Lady B. was honest, acknowledging her own wrongs in the situation. Agent I. shared personal experiences of similar struggles both as an unbeliever and as a believer, which helped her open up even more.

We guided Lady B. to reconcile with her former boss. For eight months, they had not communicated, and the boss had even blocked her number. To reach out, Lady B. had to use Agent I.’s phone. Getting through to her the boss took some effort. At one point, we had to stop and pray, binding demonic forces that were actively trying to prevent the reconciliation. It was truly a battle.

Lady B. eventually sent a heartfelt apology to her boss. We led her in a prayer of repentance, asking God to forgive her and also forgive her boss. We prayed together to renounce the curses and evil words that had been spoken over both of their lives. Lady B. fought courageously, taking a significant step of faith by sending that apology. It was a huge victory.

She later shared that she had not been scheduled to work that Saturday and normally would not have come to her workplace. However, someone had called her in, and although the people who called her did not show up, she ended up meeting us. It was clear to us that God had orchestrated the entire encounter, bringing her out that day for a divine purpose.

Isn’t God good?

We also invited her to church, and will continue to follow her up. We trust that God will continue His work in her life. Amen
