Many people think their minds are simply wandering. They do not realize the enemy is sabotaging transformation.
God changes people in quiet places, not merely external silence. That is why Scripture repeatedly speaks about waiting on the Lord. It is about becoming still before God.
Many Christians never stay there long enough. They are constantly distracted. Always entertained. Always occupied. Always thinking about something else. So the Word never settles deeply within them.
The devil knows that if he can keep your mind noisy, he can interrupt the very process God uses to transform you.
Learn to become quiet before God. Transformation happens there.
