Not every enemy is a stranger. Some are brethren. In fact, sometimes, they’re the pastors.
They take false doctrine and use it as a weapon—not even knowing they’re being used by the enemy. They’re Israelites, but they’re in the Philistine camp, helping attack their own.
In 1 Samuel 14:21, the Hebrews who had joined the Philistines came back to the Israelites when the battle turned.
Some of those who are attacking you today will return when the Lord gives victory. But if no one fights, if no one wins, they’ll remain captives.
Don’t fight people. Fight the falsehood. But don’t let a familiar face blind you to what side they’re truly on.
