“They all agree that I have not been good.
An uproar of accusations rises from Nigeria to My throne that I have been unfaithful.
Do you all agree?

I have awakened men to sing for Me, but they refuse.
Now they have starved Me of praise.
They say I have been unfaithful.
Do you all agree?

But they ask that I help them, that I give them peace, and I did give them peace.
But they say I have not been good.
Do you all agree?

They have denied Me food.
They have accused Me of unfaithfulness.
They say I have been unfaithful to them.
Do you all agree? Do you all agree?

But if I have been faithful, why the tears? Why the wailing?

And they have said, ‘God, You did not help us,’ but I did.
I did help Nigeria.
They tell Me in their words, ‘Away from Me. Away from Me, I will not praise You anymore. Away from Me.’

I wake My trumpeter up, but he will not wake up and blow for Me.
And I wake the singer up, but she will not wake up and sing for Me.
And I wake the clapper up, but her hands will no longer clap.

They say to Me, ‘You have not helped us.’
So, I ask you now, do you agree? Do you agree with them? Do you agree with them?

But they know that Thanksgiving is food to the Lord, yet they will not offer it.

Look at them. Look. Look through all these men.
My true worshippers are distressed, and indeed, there are a few of them.

Tell them that the one that blows the trumpet should better rise and blow,
for trouble is coming, such trouble that only the sound of the trumpets — the sound that warms the hearts of men — will push away.

But if you will not blow for Me, that is fine,
but blow for yourselves — blow away the trouble.

Tell them, tell them:
He who blows the trumpet should blow, for great adversity is coming.

And he that drums should drum hard —
drum that the walls may crumble, drum that the walls may crumble, for trouble is coming.”
