Look at the life of Jesus Christ. When they came to arrest Him, one of His disciples pulled out a sword to fight. He stopped him immediately. He said put it back.
He told him, those who live by the sword will die by the sword.
He was about to be crucified, and He was calm. Why? Because physical enemies were not the real issue. He said, don’t you know I can call twelve legions of angels right now? Thousands upon thousands of angels.
One angel in scripture killed 185,000 men in one night. One angel. That means physical enemies are not a real threat in that sense.
So why didn’t He fight back? Because He understood the plan of God. He said, should I not drink the cup my Father has given me?
That tells you something. Physical warfare is not the focus.
Yet many believers spend all their time there. Fighting people. Fighting situations. Fighting circumstances. Meanwhile, the real war—the war of the soul—they ignore it completely.
That is why nothing changes. Because you are placing importance where God did not place importance.
