In Exodus 12, after applying the blood, God gave a strict instruction: “None of you shall go out of the door of your house until morning.” That instruction matters.
I need to correct something I have said before. Once saved, always saved—true, if you stay inside. When you come into the door, you are saved. But if you walk out of the door, you are no longer under the blood—you are no longer saved.
The instruction was not just to apply the blood. The instruction was stay inside until morning. Morning has not yet come.
You cannot come into Christ, walk out of Christ, and keep saying ‘once saved always saved.’ That is presumption. You stay under the blood. You stay behind the door. You endure until morning.
2 Peter 1:19 explains this clearly. The word of God is a light shining in a dark place until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. You pay attention until morning comes. Jesus is the morning star. When He appears, the day is near. Full daylight is coming, but it has not arrived yet.
So you remain in Christ, you remain under the blood. You do not excuse sin. You do not walk in and out of obedience casually. He said, “He who endures to the end will be saved.”
