Exodus 32:33 says, “Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot out of My book.” That was God talking to Moses. And Revelation 3:5 says, “The one who is victorious, I will never blot out his name from the Book of Life.”
So if God says He will blot out, and Jesus says He will not blot out the one who overcomes, then obviously, some names can be blotted out. Otherwise, that verse would have no purpose.
People say, “Once saved, always saved.” But what do you do with this? What do you do with Moses and Jesus both talking about names being removed? You can believe your favorite preacher, but if the Bible says God can blot out, that’s final.
God told Moses, “The one who sins against Me, I will blot out.” It means sin removes your name when it is held on to — when it becomes rebellion. This is not about never falling; it’s about refusing to repent.
So hold your doctrine if you like, but know this: it won’t save you when the books are opened.
