Jesus said unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone. If it dies, it produces much fruit. That is the process. There is no shortcut.
When a seed enters the ground, it looks dead. The outer shell breaks. What used to protect it is destroyed. The new life feeds on what used to be there. That is exactly how spiritual growth works. Your spirit man feeds on the death of your old man. Your pride, vanity, love for popularity, love for applause, love for attention must die.
That time you used to spend chasing wrong things is now used for the Word. The money you used to waste is now redirected. God scrapes resources from your past and uses them to nourish your future. But the old must die. There is no fruit without burial.
That is why many gifted people struggle after salvation. They never died. They still crave applause. They still want the crowd to respond. They still want to feel important. Until you can sing or serve without being noticed, until you can obey without being celebrated, you are not ready to bear much fruit.
